I have been with Crestcore for a year and I can say that the management is very helpful. I would also like to thank cary for being responsive to the concerns.

I am filing this complaint due to a lack of resolution and poor communication from CrestCore Realty regarding an ongoing billing dispute related to a service issue with CityLight. CrestCore has charged me a $150 fee after a CityLight technician allegedly tagged my door for not being home during a scheduled appointment. However, I was home on the dates in question, did not hear any knock at my door, and did not receive a phone call from the technician, despite CityLight’s policy of contacting tenants upon arrival. Additionally, there have been multiple instances where CityLight technicians either missed appointments entirely or failed to communicate properly before or during their visits. I disputed this fee in good faith and communicated directly with multiple CrestCore representatives, including Emily Jane Berdos, Chandra Sherrod, and Ivan David Quindoza. Despite my efforts, no updates were made to reflect the dispute in the system, and the fee has since increased to $165 due to this internal oversight.

Here lately Crestcore has been on top of things haven't made me wait months and months and months has addressed the issues right away and very much appreciated sometimes it's just the people they send out and the people who own the property they don't do what they're supposed to do and then everything falls back on crestcore I do appreciate it.


My dealings with crestcore realty has been nothing but very pleasing thus far, crestcore realty has been very attentive and pleasant to my requests and concerns shout out to all their all around professionalism

CrestCore has been a great property management company from the perspective of a landlord, collecting rents, managing collection of back rent owed, dealing with evictions when necessary, getting problems at the properties fixed in a timely manner, performing renovations when a property becomes vacant, getting the property back on the market in a timely manner, and getting new tenants in so the property can generate the income it was intended for. They have great advice when tenants make certain requests and I have to decide on things. They always answer my phone calls and respond to my emails in a timely manner. Thank you Crest Core, for making it relatively easy for me.


I’ve been renting from Crestcore since September 2019 and I really appreciate this company. I appreciate you all for understanding anytime i may have an issue or a problem . I will continue to recommend Crestcore because it really makes a difference on how rental companies treat their tenants. I’m also grateful for you all for being patient and caring. They will always work with you as long as you communicate with them and be responsible. Some people want to leave negative reviews or comments but this is a GREAT REVIEW with 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I appreciate maintenance also for resolving any issues (if any)i may have very quickly. Hello neighbors, I just like to say as a very long time home owner down the street from you friendly business men and women. That we are pleased to have CrestCore as a neighbor. I haven't met any of you guys, yet, But, anyway my name is Tony and you all have probably seen me walking in the neighborhood, doctors orders. I noticed some of the staff enjoy the walking a bit on a beautiful day. I think that is just great! Stay healthy and most of all be safe walking. We all know bad things do happen everywhere in Memphis now days. I always carry some type of protection whenever I am out and about. Thank you for caring about your customers safety as well and always keeping a nice and clean environment.

The person in collections needs to be replaced He's constantly adding charges to my ledger my account was zero balance in Octoer this month it was 871 so I paid 300 towards that which made my balance 571 I go back to check my ledger He's added a whole lot more charges totaling my account to 1, 745 dollars 571 is my original balance for November Thank God when I make my payments all my receipts go through my email I posted this because everyone needs to start taking pics of your receipts because I refuse to let him constantly charge me twice for rent I got my payment history





I've been renting since April and I have nothing but good things to say from the beginning to now. Always helpful and timely can't ask for a better company to rent from.

All the staff of CrestCore are wonderful. They helped me so much throughout the process of looking at properties through move in. The property is very nice and CrestCore has been very responsive with the maintenance requests. I definitely recommend this company.

As one investor to another, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH CRESTCORE. My husband and I own 9 properties and work with 5 property managers. This is the second worst property manager I've worked with. We purchased a home through Roofstock who recommended Crestcore. Months passed without income. It was only when we inquired about not receiving payment that Crestcore advised that they would communicate with the tenant. This was 2 weeks ago without an update. Crestcore also has not furnished a signed lease for this property which has been requested multiple times. In addition, we've had a home that needed repairs after the home became vacant. Crestcore submitted 3 work orders for different amounts over the span on 1 month. Although requested, they never furnished us with receipts of materials as requested or images of the work completed. They could not explain why we received 3 different work orders vs. 1 complete and comprehensive work order. This was requested 2 weeks ago without an update.

I have worked with Caitlin and Kharisma on my property. They are always super helpful and quick to respond to me and work through any issues, which I really appreciate. Thanks!

My home I was living in was owned by a private landlord she passed due to cancer so her family sold all of her properties to crest core crest core never came to inspect the home after they purchased it from the previous owners I had to move due to unlivable conditions in the home after I moved out of the property they added all types of fraudulent charges to my credit the worse rental company to rent from I will never recommend you all you all are fraudulent

My experience with Crestcore has been great so far. Ms. Debbie got me in a home that I love!! Before I moved in my home, there was some things I wanted fix and they definitely fixed everything I requested. I noticed on the reviews previous tenants complain that Crestcore did not fix something n they were unhappy with their experience. Crestcore is a property management company meaning the homes they manage they do not own. The owners of the homes have to okay serious repairs. Only thing Crestcore can do is inform the owners. Some owners give Crestcore the go head to fix whatever issues come up. But most do not do that. Crestcore do own some homes, and believe me you can tell the difference between a Crestcore owned home and a Crestcore managed home. I am living in a managed home and I am fine with it. I know there are going to be some issues I might have to fix myself if I want a speedy result. I hope this help someone with making their decision with their next home. EDIT.... It's been 4 months later and I have already moved. SMH terrible experience. I lost my job and got a month behind on my rent. Crestcore set me up on a payment arrangement which I was paying while unemployed. My last payment of $300 was 3 days late and they filed for eviction. The first court date no Crestcore representative was present so I was unable to make another agreement with them. I called Crestcore the same day of the court date and they informed me they could not make any arrangements with me, it would have to be made through the court at the next court date. 30 days pass next court date. I had my rent plus the $300 o owed. Crestcore did not appear and their lawyer set it off again. Now I'm behind 2 months plus $300. My purse was stolen with one of the money orders in it. I was unable to get that money back. So 3rd court date another property management company is now over the property. I offered them $1500 (almost half of what is owed) that day. They appear at court saying they need at least $3000 of the balance in within 2 weeks plus the rent that would be due the following week after the 2 weeks. If I paid the $3000 and didn't pay the new month's rent on time they could evict me without going back to court. It was a mess. I communicated. I know u can't stay anywhere for free but if u have a tenant that is paying and trying and keeping ur property up, it didn't have to end like it did.

It's only right I share my second experience with CrestCore Realty. My first experience wasn't great but they for sure made it right. Customer service ROCKS!! Thank you, for making it a great experience for my 4 little ones and I.

We moved in 4 days ago, and it's been a horrible experience beside the agent Debbie being nice. When we first arrived the house was filthy and lawn was unkept! It was paint, roaches, grim, and rodent feces on the floors, cabinets and bathroom. I discovered water coming from under the hardwood floors (which probably have mold and mildew under them), shower head broke on the first night, toilet stopped flushing, vents not working on one side of the house, roaches appeared, shelving in kitchen damaged. They sent a cleaning crew out to remove the paint off the floor and clean and they did absolutely nothing besides swept and spot mop. It was still dirty and they claimed they tried to remove the paint but couldn't pretty sure the cleaner didn't try because she was only there 10 minutes if that long. Minor cosmetic damage and wear and tear would've been fine with us, but it's some major health code violations issues going on with this house. I don't believe maintenance fixed anything, just terribly patched the walls and painted. Please do not rent from this company. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and regret it 😔

HORRIBLE!!! RUN!!!! Our AC has been out since May. It is almost August. This is completely uninhabitable and they do NOTHING about it. They have sent the same "AC" guy out 5 or more times, and all he says is "not sure what the problem is." This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Not to mention our toilet didn't work for 2 days and we had to go to the bathroom at gas stations. On Christmas Eve. Yeah.

I really respect crestcore great company and great people that understand and that is willing to go out there way for you and give u the best services they can from mechanic work to yearly check up to make sure your house is at its best....I give them 10 outta 10

BEWARE. TURN BACK. ZERO STARS. Believe every negative review. They are the WORST. And if you do decide to go with them, get a lawyer before you sign your lease. They are snakes and price gougers. BE WARNED! They will try to trick you with their wording, and you will NEVER speak to a real person. I am out $2800 to them, and I hope it doesn't happen to you.

My landlord of 6 years was the best EVERRRRR. He sold the property to Crestcore over a year ago never can get maintenance to do their job its a process to even get to them. Staff is very unprofessional and can not understand English and I can't half the time understand them. Its sad when you try your best to keep somebody else property up to part but they seem as though they want no parts. I can not wait to buy my home this is so freaking frustrating. I do not recommend renting from them. I can not wait until the day come when I move into my own home. They also sent letter for 50.00 rent increase a week before it is due. Not professional AT ALL! Take your chances. Update put order in on 11/3/2022 NOTHING HAS BEEN COMPLETED YET!! High Expectations THAT'S A FREAKING JOKE!!! IF SO ISSUES IN MY HOME WOULD BE FIXED TWO MONTHS LATER AND NOTHING POSSIBLE MOLD NOTHING...RAGEDY CEILING FANS NOTHING!!HOLES IN WALLS NOTHING..ELECTRICAL WORK NOTHING!!!! JUST NOTHING YOU GUYS EXPECT US TOO PAY RENT ON TIME BUT NOTHING GETS DONE!!!! Update./ hole in walls completed in 4/2023--Ceiling fans completed on 7/1/2023 and ongoing smh
