I sent CrestCore the information they needed, they communicated with me on every step an just like that i was Approved, even got me moved in sooner than I thought! I really needed a home for my family an they delivered!! 🔥💯

I would like to share my opinion about crest core this is the only rental company that takes care of their renters they I mean as soon you have a problem with the rental house you call maintenance and crest core is on it . Crest core Reality takes care of the people who rent from them. Instead of five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊give them 🕙⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐plus ten😊😅😊😅😊😅😊😅😊😅faces. Thanks Crest Core Arleatha Williams.

They are pure scammers Wil constantly have you think you are eligible.to get more money then when you catch on they tell you that you're not eligible...then I noticed the properties have been vacant for over a year so are they really trying to rent the properties....they are such scammers

CrestCore Realty is top notch. They have qualified staff that can answer your questions as well as friendly service. They have a very fast turnaround on maintenance. If a problem arises they get right on it to correct it. Friendly well qualified maintenance technician are sent to your home. This is my first time renting from Crestcore team but I have no negative responses.

I don’t know much about CrestCore overall, but Debbie was amazing, she helped us throughout the entire process, and I would definitely recommend CrestCore Realty if you get someone like Debbie who supports you every step of the way. Thank you so much to Debbie. I truly misunderstood the situation earlier, and I sincerely apologize for that. Throughout the entire process, Debbie was far more helpful than anyone else, and she supported us every step of the way while getting the house. I moved into the property in December and has had issues everyday since. No one ever answers the phone. Everything is done online which in my opinion is lazy and unprofessional.... you all don't care about your tenants at all

As an out of state investor, I was referred to this company through BiggerPockets. It has been a terrible experience using Crestcore as a property manager. I've hired Crestcore as a PM for two properties in the Memphis area for the past two years. In a nutshell, across two years I was never able to speak with any Crestcore employee regarding my properties (with the exception of the onboarding process), multiple erroneous repair invoices were discretely billed to my account without notice (including $250 "trip" fees to a unit), an underwhelming online portal, and 4 months of a tenant not paying rent without any action from Crestcore... I was never notified the tenant was behind on rent. When I presented the matter to Crestcore, they took about 1.5 weeks to reply (via email) and even longer to initiate the eviction process. Long story short, hire Crestcore if you are okay with essentially donating 10% of your topline and performing the management yourself.

I got a new hot water tank but I'm still getting warm water. I don't understand why you wouldn't turn the heater all the way up. I got my baseboard fixed it took literally 7 months. I no longer feel the draft and I'm so thankful

This guy got with it, communicated, said what he was going to check and said what he found out and let you know he was leaving, mist excellent

DO NOT USE CRESTCORE: My experience has been poor. I moved in to a property March 2025. I received broken appliances, severely backed up kitchen sink, ripped door screens, and missing window screens. I was told they do not fix appliances even though they provided them broke. In April 2025 insulation fell from the fire place and i reported it and asked if it could be fixed. They have been giving me the run around since April 10th. Now that its been raining practically every day, dirt and rain come through the fire place. I have to keep a towel in the fireplace and constantly sweep up dirt. As of this evening, as it is pouring rain, I received a message that they are canceling my request. If you choose to use this company, I hope your experience is better. Update 9/21/2025 My living room ceiling began leaking on Saturday, 9/13. I immediately called the emergency line since I had to leave town for work. Despite this being reported as an emergency, no one came out until Thursday. When I returned home on Friday, I found a hole in my ceiling and dead flies throughout the living room. Now, as it rains, the ceiling is leaking from three different areas. If CrestCore Realty had treated this as the emergency it was, the ceiling would not have collapsed. Instead, I’ve been left to keep calling the emergency line with no real solution in sight. Update 11/24: After having to go up to the office and cry and beg the did fix the ceiling. Now that it is no longer hot my downstairs neighbor smokes and it comes into my place through the vents. I cannot even turn my heat on. I should have been told that before I ever moved in here. Just to sleep in my bedroom some nights I have to put a towel under the door. Nothing helps to curb the smell. I reached out and was told my property manager would reach out to me about this and they did not. Never move into 1235 Vinton Ave, the owner does not care about this property. Basically my place smells like stale cigarettes on a daily basis. When I clean the lemon smell covers it up for a few hours and then it is just cigarettes. Maybe they are better with other properties but this one is a joke. March cannot come fast enough.

I have been with CrestCore since I purchased my first rental property. If I could give 2018 CrestCore Team a rating of 6 starts, I would. The owners spent time with me, invested in me as a client, and gave me a great customer service. However, I was recently dumped as a client by them, with no warning. They claim to have mailed me a letter and emailed me, but I have no record of either. Before dumping me someone, anyone, could have picked up the phone to call me. But CrestCore now treats it's clients like a number, not a person. The old owners knew my name and had my cell phone. But the new regime can't even call me before they drop me. This situation left me scrambling to take care of my tenants. Now, they have my rent revenue that they've collected (Over $4,700) and they will not respond to any calls or emails.

My experience has been great. The best company to rent from hands down.

Crestcore has been absolutely wonderful , my experience for the past 22yrs has been nothing but great. If there's a problem with the property, they get right on top of it. I look forward to doing business with them for many more years to come.

Before you think about moving with this company think again. This was a property from hell mold, no vent in the bathrooms to pull moisture out, many leaks in roof, also not to mention the place was filthy and we cleaned it. They gave us a hard time getting our deposit back and we never missed a payment the whole year we was there. 1596 hickory dr Southaven Ms please beware people. PS A/C barely works and there’s no hot water for the washing machine.

Ms. Emily Berdos property specialist with Crestcore assisted me with several home issues recently. She was both courteous and extremely professional. She made sure the maintenance issues I was having with my home was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you again for all your help.

Honestly I had & have a few issues after move in but about a month after getting generated into their system ...my work orders are being completed as requested and their maintenance team who comes out for repairs are so far all awesome guys and I've had 3 and all 3 of different races💪💪!!. They are handling their business periodt!!!

I have been with Crestcore for a year and I can say that the management is very helpful. I would also like to thank cary for being responsive to the concerns.

I am filing this complaint due to a lack of resolution and poor communication from CrestCore Realty regarding an ongoing billing dispute related to a service issue with CityLight. CrestCore has charged me a $150 fee after a CityLight technician allegedly tagged my door for not being home during a scheduled appointment. However, I was home on the dates in question, did not hear any knock at my door, and did not receive a phone call from the technician, despite CityLight’s policy of contacting tenants upon arrival. Additionally, there have been multiple instances where CityLight technicians either missed appointments entirely or failed to communicate properly before or during their visits. I disputed this fee in good faith and communicated directly with multiple CrestCore representatives, including Emily Jane Berdos, Chandra Sherrod, and Ivan David Quindoza. Despite my efforts, no updates were made to reflect the dispute in the system, and the fee has since increased to $165 due to this internal oversight.

Here lately Crestcore has been on top of things haven't made me wait months and months and months has addressed the issues right away and very much appreciated sometimes it's just the people they send out and the people who own the property they don't do what they're supposed to do and then everything falls back on crestcore I do appreciate it.

My dealings with crestcore realty has been nothing but very pleasing thus far, crestcore realty has been very attentive and pleasant to my requests and concerns shout out to all their all around professionalism

4/28/25- I HAVE TAKEN IFF WORK TO BE HERE FROM 8-12PM TO HAVE MY KITCHEN SINK FIXED AND NO ONE HAS ARRIVED, CALLED, OR EMAILED!!! I HAVE CALLED ALL NUMBERS GIVEN TO ME AND NOT ONE OF THEM WORKS!!! I HAVE CALLED THE OFFICE JUST TO BE TOLD SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK!!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING DOR A RETURN CALL SINCE THURSDAY OF LAST WEEK!!! BUT I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY MY RENT WHEN I HAVE TO WASH MY DISHES IN MY BATHTUB!!! GUESS ITS TIME TO CONTACT THE LOCAL NEWS AND MAYBE A LAWYER!!! 4/24/25- I AM AT A LOSS WITH THIS RENTAL COMPANY!!! I HAVE BEEN A TENANT FOR OVER 5 YEARS!!! NEVER MISSED A SINGLE RENT PAYMENT, NEVER LATE ON RENT!!! AND YET HERE I AM WITH NO KITCHEN SINK!!! I HAVE SPOKEN TO AN AUTOMATED SERVICE SINCE SUNDAY(4/20/25) AND STILL NO RESOLVE. HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU KNOW THAT HAS TO WASH THEIR DISHES IN THE BATHTUB?!?!?! I HAVE BEEN TOLD SOMEONE WILL REACH OUT TO ME, BUT NO ONE HAS!!! I HAVE REQUESTED 4 TIMES FOR THEM TO COME FIX MY TOILET, 4 TIMES, AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! I AM TOLD A BOLT NEEDS TO BE TIGHTENED, THEY DO THAT, BUT THEN WITHIN THE HOUR THE TOILET BEGINS TO ROCK SIDE TO SIDE AGAIN. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO REQUEST FOR SOMEONE TO COME ACTUALLY FIX THE ISSUE!

Debbie was great thank you so much!! But since I moved in it’s been hell. The property manager Temeka don’t answer at all, nor does anyone else. This is my 2nd month in home and can’t get minor things fixed that I listed on walk through documents and submitted with lease. I’ve never doubt with anything like this before.

One of the WORST rental experiences we've ever had (and that's saying a lot) - we've rented 2 different places from these people. The first one ended when the owner of the property sold the home out from under us, which the owner is well within their rights to do, but Crestcore KNEW that this sale had been pending MONTHS beforehand, and didn't notify us until a MONTH before finalization leading to us having to beg friends & family for help financially to facilitate the move. The second house we rented from them came with a PLETHORA of problems. It was flooded (standing water) - and the entire countertop connected to the sink was completely off the frame. Mind you, they didn't have someone come fix either issue for nearly 2 months. Then, the garage totally flooded because no one kept up with the HOLES IN ITS ROOF (go figure) - which caused us over $1000 in damages that Crestcore, & the owner of the property REFUSED TO PAY OR GIVE A PARTIAL CREDIT FOR. The first property had a fence toward the back that needed replacing, and only replaced it about 2ish months before the sale went through (imagine that). And at the 2nd house there were several safety concerns that were NEVER addressed by Crestcore or the owner (random people driving up to our house & taking pictures of our home with no explanation)... Additionally, the 2nd house was advertised as having central air, though when we arrived the central air unit was gone. They explained that the owner(s) had it removed to prevent theft (though all of the neighbors do just fine having a locked cage over theirs) - we were then told it would be placed back soon, and it NEVER WAS. In short these people do NOT care about you, they will not fix ANYTHING, and they work with owners who would rather hire the cheapest possible laborers, who are only called upon when things get to a point where the tenant can sue them. Long story long, stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY! For the sake of your family, and your savings. I cannot say enough bad stuff about Crestcore realty & the way the oppoerate.

Reached out to Allie McAlister to see if I could tour a home. First off, the realty page auto-subscribed me to her email list (spam) where I got over 9 emails in 5 hours. She didn’t even know that I was on the spam list. I told her my availability, she asked if I was pre-approved or if I’d be paying in cash, I said no to both, she offered to “set me up with one of her lender contacts”, I said no, she ghosted me. This will be my first house - I want to make sure I have the perfect lenders and the right agent to represent me. I don’t want to rush the process and potentially regret something. I was obsessed with this home and now it’s off-market. The whole thing felt sleazy.

I've been with crestcore going on 8years.crestcore is very excellent and reasonable they don't play about their loyal tenants
